In this 10-day meditation journey… ⭐️I will help ease you into a routine and help you reap all of the benefits meditation has to offer. ⭐️Each day I will help you to focus on an aspect that links your mind to your body (and BREATH) to help you develop a practice that works for you! Beginning and sticking with this practice is not so easy, so we will start slow. ⭐️So lets start by devoting just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake in the am) and gradually work your way to 15+ minutes of mindfulness each day. ⭐️I will help you learn how to tune into your breath, different breathing techniques, quieting the mind, noticing areas of tension and discomfort in the body, and discovering tools to amplify our meditation experience. ⭐️I will help you to practice guided visualization meditations and have a brief introduction to your chakra system. ⭐️Each day you will practice bringing your attention to the sensations in your body, to the fluctuations in your mind, and to the quality of your breath so that you may find peace and awareness within yourself. 🥇
